Ordering a Hume Band should feel like a safe bet. If it doesn't end up being your thing, here's precisely what happens next — no runaround, no fine-print surprises.
You've Got 45 Days
Starting from the day it's delivered, you have 45 days to request a return for any reason at all. It doesn't need to be unopened or still boxed up — we back the product whether it's been worn to the gym, in the shower, or just around the house.
The Return Process
- Message support through the Hume Health app or the email on your order confirmation, letting them know you'd like to send your order back.
- A prepaid shipping label shows up in your inbox within 1 business day.
- Box up the band along with its strap, charging cable, and any included accessories — the original box isn't necessary.
- Hand the package to any carrier location using the label provided.
- Once it's received and inspected, your refund lands back on your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
What Comes Back To You
The full product price, refunded in full. Added the optional 10-Year Warranty and returning the band that came with it? That add-on gets refunded too — there's nothing left for it to cover once the device itself has gone back.
Who Pays For Return Shipping
We do. The prepaid label costs you nothing for any return made inside the 45-day window, provided the order was placed through the Hume Band Official Site.

- Refunds go back to whichever payment method was used at checkout — we can't reroute a refund to a different card or account.
- Past the 45-day mark, a unit sent back may still qualify for warranty repair or replacement (details below), even outside the refund window itself.
Filing A Warranty Claim
Every Hume Band ships with a 1-year hardware warranty that covers genuine manufacturing defects — think sensor faults, charging problems, or strap hardware giving out under ordinary use. Add the optional 10-Year Warranty at checkout, and that protection runs the full decade from your purchase date.
Get a claim started by contacting support with your order number and a quick rundown of the problem. Most routine hardware issues get resolved by simply shipping out a free replacement unit.
Swapping Instead Of Returning
Want a different strap size or color rather than your money back? Mention that when you contact support — a direct swap is usually possible instead of a full return followed by a new purchase.
