• Biometric readings the Hume Band picks up — heart rate, HRV, SpO2, skin temperature, sleep stages, movement — that power the figures you see in the app, like Metabolic Momentum and biological age.
• Basic technical details — device model, app version, general usage patterns — that help keep everything running smoothly.

2. What It Gets Used For

• Turning raw sensor readings into the trends and insights the app shows you.
• Handling order processing, shipping, and any return or warranty request.
• Answering questions and providing support when you reach out.
• Refining sensor and algorithm accuracy over time, typically with de-identified or aggregated data.
• Sending order updates, and — only where you've opted in — the occasional product update.

3. You Control Your Own Data

Every biometric reading the band collects stays yours to keep. Pull your complete history out of the Hume Health app whenever you like, and if you'd rather have your account and its data wiped entirely, reach out to support — deletion requests are handled inside 30 days, aside from a handful of records (order history, for example) we're obligated to keep for legal or tax reasons.

4. Sharing Your Information

Your personal health data is never sold. It's disclosed only in a short list of specific situations:

• Operational vendors — payment processors, shipping carriers, and cloud hosting partners — under contracts that restrict them to using your data solely to deliver that service.
• Legal obligations, where we're compelled to disclose something under a law, regulation, or valid legal process.
